The information you provide is only available to Howler Collection and will not be shared with third parties excluding Facebook. Howler Collection collects personal customer information which is shared with Facebook in an effort to serve more relevant ads and improve our customers experience.

You have the right to inspect the information held about you, and or to request this information be deleted or corrected.

Product prices on the website may change periodically without notice. 

Once an order proceeds through checkout, the price of the product(s) and delivery charges are displayed. All paid orders will be honoured and won't change except if prices were displayed incorrectly due to an internet issue or system update issue. 

We endeavour to provide accurate availability of the product, including styles and sizes displayed on the website.  

If a product is incorrectly shown to be available, Howler Collection will contact the customer by email to offer an alternative product if available.  A full refund will be offered if the customer wishes to cancel the order.

Product, Content and Specifications
Product specifications are as listed for each product. These specifications can change without notice; however, product specifications for purchased products will remain the same as listed at the time of purchase.

The Size Guide, featured on our website, provides instructions on measuring your dog and indicates the most suitable "size". This is a guide only and the final size choice is the responsibility of the purchaser. Howler Collection will accept returns and replacements based on “wrong size” choices. In this case, the purchaser will be responsible for the postage/delivery costs back to our Victorian dispatch centre.

We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colours; however, the colour display will alter from computer to computer system. We cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display the correct shade of colour.

The placement of the printed design will vary from harness to harness as it is designed as a repeat pattern across different-sized harnesses. This will affect the placement on the fabric.

Discounts and Coupons
Discounts and coupons have an expiry date. The code must be included at checkout before payment so that the total price can be amended unless otherwise advised.

These discounts or coupons only apply to the product price and do not apply to the cost of postage. The total cost of products must be $99 and over to qualify for FREE postage.

Payment Methods
Payment options will be either by the accepted Shopify Payment options, Paypal or Afterpay.

Payments are processed once we receive confirmation of your order.

Payment transactions go through third-party dedication gateways to add protection to your payments.

The couriers or postal services nominated by Howler Collection will deliver products during business hours of 9 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday. 

We endeavour to dispatch your orders within 1-3 days outside of weekends/public holidays/promotional periods. 

Howler Collection will not deliver Products to PO Box addresses.

Howler Collection is not responsible for the delivery times of the product once it dispatches. It is the customer's responsibility to liaise with the courier/postal service concerning delivery times and dates. 

Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk/spam folder. 

When your parcel dispatches, you will receive a tracking code.

Howler Collection is not responsible for any lost parcels during transit. However, if you have made a mistake with your delivery address, please contact us immediately at so that we can alter the address before dispatching your order. Once the order dispatches we will not take responsibility for any lost or undelivered products. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Domestic Shipping
Howler Collection ship with Australia Post. 

Orders over $99 will automatically be entitled to FREE postage.

Refunds, Cancellations, Exchange and Return Policy
You have 14 days from when you receive your parcel to return your product, provided the product is returned in its original condition. Outside of 14 days of receipt, we cannot offer you a refund. 

Returns and exchanges are dealt with per our Returns, Cancellations, Exchange and Return Policy and may take up to 14 days to process. 

To return a product, you first need to be issued a Return Authorisation number. We don't accept returns without an assigned RA number. Please contact us at to request a return.

Returned products, under the Returns Policy, must be returned in their original condition. They must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all labels/tags attached.

You will be responsible for the postage costs for your return/exchange. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance; unfortunately, we can not take responsibility for lost or damaged products. Refunds, Exchanges and online credits are not guaranteed and are subject to our review of the condition of the returned product.

If you have received a gift with your purchase, it must also be returned otherwise the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.

Full-priced products can be returned for an online credit (valid up to 3 years), an exchange subject to availability, or a full refund excluding shipping costs.

Sale and promotional products can be returned for an online credit (valid up to 3 years) to the value of the products returned at the time of purchase or an exchange subject to availability (excluding shipping costs). 

Gift Cards may not be returned and are valid for up to 3 years from the date of issue.  

Refund calculations are based on the product cost only. Refunds are based on the price you paid and will take any discount into consideration. We do not refund shipping costs. If you received “FREE” shipping from Howler Collection and return your product, this cost will be deducted from the total refund.

For Final Sale/Non-Refundable products returned due to change of mind, or for products that do not meet the returns criteria, the products will be returned to the sender via the marked address or via the details of the original purchase order. The purchaser will be responsible for the postage or shipping costs.

In placing an order through the Howler Collection website you are personally liable for that purchase. Cancellation of orders can only be processed before the dispatch of the products.

We will only communicate with you through emails as we are an online store.

Faulty Products 
Please contact us at and be sure to attach photos showing us the problem. If the product is deemed faulty, we will pay the shipping costs. If you are returning a product due to a fault or defect you may be able to return the product without its original tags. If the product is deemed faulty, and cannot be repaired by Howler Collection we will replace your product.

Damaged Products on Delivery

Local Taxes - International Shipping 
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer’s own expense.

Product Warranty
Howler Collection creates high-quality leather products that are handmade in Melbourne. As such, natural imperfections of the leather and slight variations in each product may be detected and are not declared as defects.

Howler Collection products are manufactured by selecting fabrics and components that are strong and durable, giving them a long life cycle. Our Care Guide instructions are to be followed to enable your product longevity. Exposure to certain elements will shorten their lifespan.

Hardware failure is considered a defect: please report this within three months of purchase.

The fitting and use of our products is the responsibility of the owner and Howler Collection does not take responsibility or liability for any misuse causing harm/damage to a dog or person.

If our product is faulty, we reserve the right to repair the product if possible.
