Howler Collection ship with Australia Post. 

Orders over $99 will automatically be entitled to FREE postage.

Delivery Times
Once your order dispatches, you will typically receive your parcel between 4-8 business days for Standard Post and 2-4 business days for Express Post. Note that this also depends upon the Australian State or Territory you reside in and excludes weekends and public holidays.

Postage/Courier Disclaimer 
**Please note that due to COVID-19 some customers may experience a 3 - 4 day delivery delay. We thank you for your patience. 

Processing and Delivery of Your Parcel
We endeavour to dispatch your orders within 1-3 days outside of weekends/public holidays/promotional periods. 

Once your payment is received, a confirmation email is sent to you. 

When your parcel dispatches, you will receive a tracking code notification.

If you have not received your confirmation or tracking code, please check your junk or spam folder.

Lost Parcels
To ensure your parcel is delivered correctly, please check the delivery address before processing your order. 

If you submit an incorrect address, please contact hello@howlercollection.com ASAP so we can rectify the problem.  

If the parcel has already shipped, we are not liable for non-delivery and a refund will not be issued.

We hope you love our creations as much as we do, but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from when you received your parcel to return your product(s), provided they are returned in their original condition. They must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition with all labels/tags attached. Please refer to our comprehensive size guide to assist you in ordering the perfect size for your pooch – and to avoid exchanges.

Full-priced products can be returned for an online credit (valid up to 3 years), an exchange subject to availability or a full refund excluding shipping costs.

Sale and promotional products can be returned for an online credit (valid up to 3 years) to the value of the products returned at the time purchased or an exchange subject to availability (excluding shipping costs). 

Gift cards may not be returned and are valid for up to three years from the date of issue. 

You will be responsible for the postage costs for your Return/Exchange. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as unfortunately, we can not take responsibility for lost or damaged products. Refunds, exchanges and online credits are not guaranteed and are subject to our review of the condition of the returned product. Please note that this process may take up to 14 days to finalise. 

Refund calculations are based on the product cost only: on the price you paid and take any discount into consideration. We do not refund shipping costs. If you received "FREE" shipping from Howler Collection and return your product, this cost will be deducted from the total refund.

If you received a gift with your purchase, it must also be returned otherwise the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.

To return a product, you first need to be issued a Return Authorisation number. No returns will be accepted without an assigned RA number.

Please allow 4-6 business days for exchange processing and up to 14 business days for refunds once your parcel has arrived. Whenever possible, we will endeavour to shorten this timeframe.  

Before sending your parcel please contact Howler Collection at hello@howlercollection.com to notify us of your request and to receive your Return Authorisation Number (RA Number), including a Returns & Exchange Form. 

Packing Instructions
Carefully repack your order in the tissue and the reusable Howler Collection packaging. Ensure that you cover the original postage label. If you received a gift with your purchase, it must also be returned otherwise the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.

Include your completed Returns & Exchanges Form.

Please pack your parcel carefully. We also recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as unfortunately, we can not take responsibility for lost or damaged products.

Mark the RA Number clearly on the outside of the package and address to:

Once we receive your parcel, we will review the condition for your return/exchange. You will be notified of the outcome via email once this process is complete. 

If your requested exchange product is not available, we will contact you with alternative product suggestions. Alternatively, we will issue an online credit (valid for up to 3 years) or a full refund.

We are sorry! Please contact us at hello@howlercollection.com within 14 days of receiving your product. Be sure to attach photos showing us the problem. If the product is deemed faulty and cannot be repaired by Howler Collection, we will replace your product.
